ORDER POLICY
La Bodice provides a fully secure shopping environment. All credit cards and other personal/confidential information are encrypted using ssl technology.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

What is La Bodice Order Process Time? ​
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Can My Order Be Cancelled?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. After 30 minutes or after you received a shipping confirmation, unfortuantely we cannot cancel your order anymore as it was already processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
For orders delivered within Nigeria you have 72 hours to return an item from the date you received it and will then receive store credit as refund.
Please note that we do not do cash refunds and that we do not accept panties, swimwear, thongs and bodies to be returned for hygienic reasons.
To be eligible for a return, the following must apply:
1. Your item must be in its original form (not worn, altered, washed),
2. Your item must have all original tags/labels attached and must be in the original packaging.

The following items are final sale and ineligible for return:

Gift cards are non-refundable

For orders delivered outside Nigeria (i.e international orders) you have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it and will then receive store credit as refund.

Please note, any return item received by us outside of the required days stipulated in the return policy or in a damaged, worn or unsuitable condition will not be accepted. We won't be able to give you store credit and we will have to send it back to you and will charge the recipient for the shipping costs.

La Bodice reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. any returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back at the receiver’s cost, at our discretion.​

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped. (excluding pre-orders) -
PayPal
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to skims.com. -
Afterpay
Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an Afterpay user, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order.
